Concierge Sales Leadership: As the Assistant Sales Manager – Concierge, you will take the lead in expanding concierge services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales within the UAE travel and hospitality sector. This role demands a blend of service excellence and strategic sales acumen.

Client Relationship Management: You will maintain and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and met. Building trust and rapport will be central to your success, along with proactively offering tailored travel and concierge solutions.

Destination Expertise: Leveraging your knowledge of the UAE’s attractions, events, and exclusive experiences, you will curate and recommend packages that delight clients and create memorable moments. This includes understanding current travel trends and premium hospitality offerings.

Operational Efficiency: You will oversee the smooth execution of concierge requests, liaise with service providers, and ensure timely delivery of services. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial for handling multiple client requests at once.

Communication Excellence: Clear, professional, and persuasive communication will be required for interacting with clients, drafting proposals, and maintaining correspondence via email and other platforms. Fluency in English is mandatory to cater to a diverse clientele.
