About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our prestigious licensed venue. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational knowledge and leadership skills to help maintain our high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and service delivery
Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Monitor and maintain service quality standards throughout all shifts
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and health & safety requirements
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
Manage inventory control and assist with cost management
Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
Participate in menu development and seasonal promotions
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Required Qualifications
Current UAE residency with valid work authorization
Minimum 3 years of management experience in upscale licensed establishments in the UAE
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Experience with POS systems and inventory management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of UAE hospitality regulations and licensing requirements
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
