Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our authentic Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Middle Eastern culinary culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations

Lead and motivate front-of-house and service teams

Ensure exceptional guest dining experiences and satisfaction

Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards

Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Assist in inventory control and cost management

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues

Support marketing initiatives and special events

Participate in menu planning and implementation

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager

Fluent in Arabic (essential)

Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine and dining culture

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in restaurant management systems

Experience in inventory management and cost control

Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Currently based in UAE and available for immediate start
