Job Description:

Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations

Oversee staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service

Manage inventory and supply orders

Handle customer complaints and feedback

Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies

Monitor and maintain health and safety standards

Help prepare financial reports and budgets

Step in for the General Manager when needed
