Khalid Ali Al Kharafi and Bros Co is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Assistant Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. This is a strong opportunity for a procurement professional with a background in the construction sector to contribute to one of Kuwait's well-established and respected companies.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all procurement activities, ensuring the timely sourcing and delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. You will play a vital role in supporting construction projects by managing procurement planning, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring that all purchasing processes align with company policies and project requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on procurement experience, preferably within the construction industry. A solid understanding of vendor management, procurement planning, and supply chain processes is essential. You should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple procurement activities simultaneously, and confident in negotiating with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and management will be key to succeeding in this role. Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office is also expected.
