Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager specializing in LPG Operations & Maintenance to join our Facility Management team. The role involves overseeing the safe and efficient operation of LPG systems across our property portfolio while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily LPG operations and maintenance activities across multiple properties

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for LPG systems

Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency

Conduct regular inspections of LPG installations and equipment

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Team Leadership

Supervise and coordinate technical teams and contractors

Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff

Schedule and oversee maintenance activities

Ensure proper resource allocation for operations and maintenance tasks

Safety & Compliance

Maintain updated safety documentation and procedures

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments

Ensure compliance with DEWA, Civil Defense, and other regulatory requirements

Implement emergency response procedures

Maintain records of safety inspections and certifications

Technical Management

Review and approve maintenance reports and technical documentation

Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements

Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Troubleshoot complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in LPG operations and maintenance

Previous experience in facility management within residential/commercial properties

Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations regarding LPG systems

Valid UAE certification in LPG operations (if applicable)

Professional certifications in facility management preferred

Required Skills

Strong technical knowledge of LPG systems and safety protocols

Excellence in project management and team leadership

Proficiency in maintenance management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills in English

Computer literacy and CMMS experience

Emergency response and crisis management capabilities

Work Requirements

UAE Driving License

Ability to work flexible hours including on-call duties

Willingness to work in different locations across Dubai

Physical ability to conduct site inspections and respond to emergencies
