Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the execution of exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event agency or exhibition operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing exhibition operations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and venue management
  • Support the Operations Manager in daily activities
  • Manage event documentation and permits
  • Oversee on-site setup and breakdown operations
  • Monitor event timelines and schedules
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Assist in budget tracking and reporting
  • Ensure quality control of event deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in events or exhibitions
  • Prior experience in an event agency or exhibition company
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
