Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager/Manager Sales Trainer to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for training salespeople and external agents, helping them reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales training, preferably in real estate or related industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or lifestyle products.

You will be working from there Dubai training center to train agents in various languages and help elevate their performance.

Requirements:

2 x Arabic speakers

2 x Trainers for agents fluent in Arabic and English

Trainer for agents fluent in Russian and English

Trainer for agents fluent in Turkish and English

Essential Skills:

Strong communication skills – articulate and confident in delivery

Very presentable – professional appearance and demeanor

Engaging – able to run a room and captivate your audience

Sales training experience – proven success in training sales teams

Real estate training background is highly preferred, but we will also consider candidates from other sales-driven industries.
