Recruitment Operations: The candidate will coordinate job postings, screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Sourcing Strategy: They will develop creative sourcing methods through digital platforms, job fairs, and networking channels to build a strong talent pipeline across different functions within the property sector.
Candidate Experience: The Assistant Manager will ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout the hiring process, reflecting the company’s brand image and professionalism.
Administrative Support: The role also involves maintaining recruitment records, generating reports, and supporting HR projects related to onboarding, training, and retention.
