Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Loyalty

Position Overview

We are actively looking for a highly motivated and strategic Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Loyalty to join our dynamic team in the ever-evolving world of digital media. This role is critical in supporting partnership growth initiatives and loyalty program execution, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and retention. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred due to the regional nature of our collaborations.

Partnership Management Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will support the creation and rollout of impactful brand partnerships aligned with our business goals. You will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and maintaining meaningful collaborations with strategic partners across different sectors. The goal is to generate long-term value for both the business and its partners, maintaining a high level of relationship management and alignment.

Loyalty Program Execution

You will assist in managing the Creators HQ loyalty and membership programs, ensuring they remain attractive, relevant, and valuable to our user base. This includes enhancing member offerings, increasing participation, and analyzing member feedback to continuously improve program benefits and retention. Working closely with the marketing team, you'll ensure loyalty benefits are communicated effectively across platforms.

Market Research & Strategic Insights

As part of this role, you will monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and partnership strategies across the market. Your insights will directly support the identification of new growth opportunities, contributing to both short-term and long-term partnership and loyalty strategies. Data will guide your decisions, and you will be expected to report on KPIs regularly.

Cross-functional Collaboration

You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, operations, and analytics to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partner activations. Your coordination efforts will be central to driving the success of partnership deliverables and loyalty initiatives. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are key in this collaborative environment.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Success in this role will be evaluated based on several core KPIs:

  • Number and quality of new partnerships secured
  • Engagement and retention rates within the loyalty program
  • Contribution of partnerships to revenue and brand expansion
  • Partner satisfaction and benefit performance metrics
  • Timely and efficient rollout of programs and collaborations

Candidate Profile

We’re seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty management. You should bring strong analytical skills, a flair for negotiation, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Prior exposure to digital media or influencer marketing industries will be a distinct advantage.
