Duties & Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager at BARAAK, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management team in the efficient operation of the manufacturing/production department. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Operations Support:

Assisting in overseeing day-to-day manufacturing/production operations.

Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production schedules.

Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficiency measures.

Team Management:

Providing leadership and guidance to production staff.

Supervising production teams to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.

Implementing inventory control measures to minimize wastage and optimize storage space.

Quality Control:

Conducting regular quality checks to maintain product quality and consistency.

Investigating and addressing any quality issues or deviations from standards.

Performance Analysis:

Analyzing production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production, preferably in the UAE.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
