Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in supporting the nursery's operational, academic, and marketing functions. This position requires a versatile professional who can effectively manage administrative tasks, support curriculum development, and engage with parents and the broader educational community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support in curriculum development and educational program planning

Assist in creating innovative and age-appropriate learning experiences for children

Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote the nursery

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and efficiency

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and families

Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and management

Support recruitment and enrollment processes

Assist in staff training and professional development programs

Ensure compliance with early childhood education regulations and standards

Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Participate in community engagement and networking events

Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field

Proven experience in educational administration or similar role

Strong understanding of early childhood learning principles

Excellent marketing and communication skills

Proficient in administrative management and organizational technologies

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management software

Creative problem-solving abilities

Patience and genuine passion for child development

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications in early childhood education

Experience in curriculum design

Marketing or communications background

Multilingual capabilities

Knowledge of UAE educational standards
