Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant HR/Admin to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in HR and administration to gain valuable experience.

HR Support: Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and the offboarding process for departing employees.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Leave and Attendance Management: Assist with tracking employee leave and attendance.

Office Management: Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring a well-organized office environment.

Communication: Assist in internal and external communication as needed.

Location: This position is based in Abu Dhabi.
