About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to oversee our large workforce operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing employee welfare, camp operations, and HR compliance for organizations with 2,000+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Welfare & Camp Management

Oversee employee accommodation facilities and camp operations

Manage camp staff and ensure proper facility maintenance

Monitor living conditions and implement improvement initiatives

Conduct regular inspections to maintain accommodation standards

Coordinate with facility management teams for maintenance and upgrades

HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations

Implement and monitor company policies and procedures

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

Coordinate with government authorities for employee-related matters

Handle visa processing and employee documentation

Employee Relations

Manage grievance handling and conflict resolution processes

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives

Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions

Address employee concerns and implement corrective actions

Maintain positive employee relations across all levels

Department Coordination

Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations

Coordinate with Finance for payroll and benefits administration

Work with Operations teams for workforce planning and allocation

Collaborate with Training department for employee development programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years handling 2,000+ employees

Proven track record in camp management and employee welfare

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements

Experience in grievance handling and conflict resolution

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Required Skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred
