Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, coupled with a degree in MHRM, MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
- Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and handling documentation.
- Assist in formulating, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in MHRM, MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with HR information systems is preferred.
- Native Malayalam speakers preferred.
