About the Role:

The Canvas Hotel Dubai, a distinguished member of Accor's MGallery Collection, seeks an accomplished Assistant Front Office Manager to elevate our guest experience. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape five-star service standards in Dubai's competitive hospitality landscape.

Operational Leadership:

The successful candidate will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring seamless guest arrivals, departures, and ongoing stay experiences. Your expertise will drive service excellence across reception, concierge, and guest relations teams while maintaining Accor's exacting brand standards.

Guest Experience Management:

You will implement personalized welcome protocols and resolve guest concerns with discretion. Your ability to anticipate needs and empower team members will create memorable moments that distinguish our boutique luxury offering.

Candidate Profile:

We require hospitality professionals with 3+ years of supervisory experience in upscale hotels. Your background must demonstrate success in front office operations, revenue optimization, and team development within international hotel brands.

Technical Competencies:

Proficiency in Opera PMS and Accor systems is essential. Your analytical skills will contribute to occupancy forecasting, upselling strategies, and departmental performance reporting.
