Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Description

Position Overview:

Lead and supervise the front office team while ensuring exceptional guest service standards and operational excellence in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest services, and team scheduling

Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff to maintain service excellence

Monitor and optimize department performance metrics and guest satisfaction scores

Handle guest complaints and complex situations with professional discretion

Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures

Manage the OnQ PMS system and oversee its effective utilization

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery

Prepare and analyze daily reports and statistics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of front office experience in luxury hotels

Proven experience with OnQ PMS system

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred

General Requirements:

Legal right to work in UAE

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Strong computer literacy

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to stand for extended periods

Experience with OnQ PMS system
