Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Management Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the management of facility operations across our property portfolio, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Assist in overseeing daily facility operations and maintenance activities

Monitor and coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors

Support the implementation of preventive maintenance programs

Help manage emergency and breakdown maintenance responses

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Team Coordination

Assist in supervising facility management staff and contractors

Help coordinate work schedules and task assignments

Support training and development of facility team members

Monitor staff performance and provide feedback

Assist in managing vendor and contractor relationships

Administrative Duties

Help prepare and maintain facility management documentation

Assist in budget planning and cost control

Generate regular reports on facility operations

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Support the development of facility management policies and procedures

Customer Service

Respond to tenant requests and concerns

Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction

Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues

Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders

Support community engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field

3-5 years of experience in facility management

Knowledge of UAE building maintenance standards and regulations

Experience with facility management software systems

Strong understanding of MEP systems

Valid UAE driving license
