Key Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Finance Manager in achieving organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights. You will also assist in the preparation of financial statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA. A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles is required, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key attributes we are looking for. Knowledge of local and international financial regulations is a plus.
