About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper (EHK) to join our team at a prestigious international chain hotel. Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping operations of the hotel. Your primary duties will include supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, and maintaining inventory of supplies. You will also assist in training and mentoring staff, implementing housekeeping standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, you will handle guest complaints and feedback, striving to provide exceptional service at all times.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper or in a similar position at an international chain hotel. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an advantage.
