Assistant Business Development Manager - Channel Relations

Position Overview

The Assistant Business Development Manager - Channel Relations will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth objectives through effective channel management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel partnership strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners while maintaining existing relationships

Monitor channel partner performance, provide regular analysis and reporting, and implement improvement strategies to optimize channel effectiveness

Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for channel partners to ensure they effectively represent The Heart of Europe's luxury properties and brand values

Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, sales tools, and support resources that enable channel partners to succeed

Organize and participate in partner events, property showcases, and networking activities to strengthen relationships and drive engagement

Maintain detailed documentation of partner interactions, agreements, and performance metrics in the company's CRM system

Work closely with senior management to develop channel-specific incentive programs and commission structures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

3-5 years of experience in business development, channel management, or similar role, preferably in luxury real estate or hospitality

Proven track record of building and maintaining successful business partnerships

Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and channel distribution dynamics

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with high-net-worth individuals and luxury market professionals

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
