Daily Accounting Duties: You will be responsible for assisting in managing financial transactions, processing invoices, handling petty cash, and ensuring that accounting records are kept accurate and up to date. Proficiency in basic accounting procedures is essential for success in this role.

Cashier Responsibilities: The role also includes managing fee collection, issuing receipts, and handling cash or bank deposit activities daily. You must be comfortable managing and reconciling funds, and maintaining transparency and accuracy at all times.

Support for Financial Audits: You will assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for audits, help with data entry, and organize financial statements as required by auditors or the finance team.

Interaction With Parents & Staff: As a cashier, you may interact with parents during fee payments. Professionalism and strong communication skills are crucial to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Work Environment: This is a full-time role that requires working 5 days a week. The school environment demands punctuality, patience, and the ability to multitask efficiently while collaborating with both the finance and administrative teams.
