The Asset Assistant will take responsibility for ensuring that every asset is accounted for, monitored, and properly maintained to avoid operational delays and to ensure that the project teams always have the resources they need.

Operational Coordination: This paragraph describes the role’s involvement in assisting supervisors and project departments by scheduling asset issuance, coordinating asset returns, and documenting all related activities to maintain operational transparency. You will work closely with the site teams to keep asset circulation streamlined so that project timelines remain uninterrupted and every department receives the equipment required for their daily activities.

Documentation and Recordkeeping: This part highlights the importance of maintaining updated and accurate registers, digital logs, and asset reports for audit and inspection purposes. You will be preparing documentation related to new asset entries, damaged materials, replacements, and asset movement between multiple project locations. Maintaining clean and well-organized records is essential to meeting internal standards and external compliance requirements.

Asset Monitoring: This paragraph focuses on the responsibility of continuously monitoring the physical condition, availability, and usage frequency of PMV and construction assets.
