Responsibilities:
Supervise assembly operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and monitor progress
Train and mentor new team members
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Handle any issues or concerns that arise during assembly processes
Maintain records of production activities and report on performance metrics
Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Assist in receiving and storing food supplies
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
