Key Responsibilities

Establish comprehensive artistic vision

Program seasonal playbills

Lead artistic direction and creative strategy

Attract top theatrical talent

Direct select productions

Support talent development programs

Ensure organizational financial sustainability

Represent the Festival nationally and internationally

Qualifications

Professional Experience

Significant theatrical leadership experience

Proven track record in programming

Extensive knowledge of theatrical repertoire

Shakespeare expertise

Directorial experience

Strong artistic and financial management skills
