Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Public Area Supervisor to join our prestigious 5-star hotel in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all public space cleaning operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel's common areas.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of all hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restaurants, and recreational facilities

Train, schedule, and manage public area cleaning staff

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hotel cleaning standards

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Implement and maintain safety and hygiene protocols

Handle guest feedback and resolve cleaning-related concerns

Coordinate with other departments to support hotel events and special requirements

Requirements

Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar supervisory position, preferably at International Hotel Chains

Must be currently located in UAE

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
