Job Description / Role:

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a lifestyle luxury goods retailer with a significant presence in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Bahrain, featuring over 100 international prestigious brands. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple luxury retail stores across the UAE and Oman.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional operational expertise and a solid understanding of luxury retail. This role involves leading and guiding teams across various locations to ensure the success of luxury fashion and accessories stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations for 9 stores in the UAE and 2 stores in Oman, ensuring adherence to luxury retail standards.

Lead and mentor store managers, provide ongoing training, and manage recruitment and succession planning.

Ensure continuous training and development for teams in product knowledge, luxury customer service, and sales techniques.

Maintain compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures.

Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, drive regional profitability, and collaborate with store managers to enhance performance and growth.

Manage VIP relationships and resolve escalated issues with professionalism.

Oversee inventory and stock levels, ensuring product mix and displays meet brand standards.

Prepare reports on sales and operations, manage budgets, and use financial data to drive growth and address concerns.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in a multi-site retail management role, preferably in luxury fashion and accessories.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently between the UAE and Oman.

Passionate about luxury retail and maintaining high standards.

Salary:

AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
