Focus on delivering personalized customer experiences that cater to the diverse, multicultural population of the UAE, including tourists and expatriates.
Ensure compliance with UAE-specific regulations, including VAT implementation and other local government policies affecting retail operations and pricing strategies.
Develop strategies to cater to the UAE’s strong luxury retail market, emphasizing high-end customer service, product knowledge, and building relationships with VIP clients.
Leverage key retail events like Dubai Shopping Festival, Eid, and Ramadan sales to plan targeted promotions, stock management, and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
Drive omnichannel integration by aligning in-store experiences with the UAE’s rapidly growing e-commerce sector, utilizing mobile payments, and digital marketing.
