Job Description:

Azizi Developments is looking for experienced and skilled Architectural Draftsmen to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in architectural drafting, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team to deliver high-quality projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Architectural Drawings:

Create detailed architectural drawings based on project requirements.

Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings in collaboration with architects and engineers.

Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project changes.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all drawings.

Maintain drawing files and documentation in an organized manner.

Assist in preparing project specifications and cost estimates.

Site Visits & Information Gathering:

Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for drawings.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural drafting techniques.

Team Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting.

Experience working on residential and commercial projects.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.

Professional certification in architectural drafting.

Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
