Conceptual Design Development: As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts that align with client requirements and the firm’s high standards. This involves producing sketches, 3D models, and preliminary layouts to visualize modern and functional architectural solutions. Your ideas will contribute to transforming raw concepts into practical spaces.

Technical Drawings and Documentation: You will prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using advanced design software. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as these documents form the backbone for construction teams and consultants. You will also ensure that all drawings comply with UAE building codes and international standards.

Collaboration with Project Teams: Working closely with engineers, interior designers, and planners, you will contribute to multi-disciplinary projects. Collaboration will be essential to ensure the seamless integration of design with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Effective teamwork will drive project success and client satisfaction.

Client Engagement and Presentations: You will regularly interact with clients to present design proposals, gather feedback, and make revisions as required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to clearly convey design intent and build trust with stakeholders. Your ability to listen and adapt will ensure client visions are effectively captured.

Site Supervision and Coordination: Part of your role will include visiting construction sites to oversee progress and ensure designs are executed as planned. You will coordinate with contractors to resolve issues promptly and provide technical guidance when needed. Maintaining design integrity throughout the construction phase is a top priority.

Sustainability and Innovation: You will integrate sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly materials into projects. Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural technologies and innovative solutions will allow you to contribute fresh perspectives to every project.
