Job Overview:

Aesthetix Industries is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store fit-out, exhibitions, or décor, with a proven ability to manage design projects from concept to completion. This role requires excellent design and project management skills, as well as relevant architectural qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural design projects from initial concept through to completion.

Develop creative and functional design solutions for store fit-outs, exhibitions, and décor.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in store fit-out, exhibitions, or décor.

Skills: Strong design and project management skills.

Qualifications: Relevant architectural degree or certification.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
