At Trillium Group, we're expanding our dynamic team and looking for enthusiastic and skilled  Arabic Speaker Receptionist

 Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees and provide accurate information or assistance as needed.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements 

Should be fluent in Arabic 

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative
