Appointment Setter – Remote

Job Description

Tekdoors is recruiting for an Appointment Setter to support a Wellness Products client on a fully remote, long-term basis. As a technology consulting, staffing, and digital transformation firm headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, Tekdoors connects skilled professionals with client organisations across a range of industries, ensuring strong alignment between talent and business need. This is a focused, outbound-oriented role for a self-motivated communicator who is comfortable engaging wellness businesses, yoga studios, and related prospects, and who takes pride in building pipeline and booking qualified demonstrations efficiently and consistently.

In this role, you will conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up calls, qualifying yoga studios, wellness businesses, and related prospects to identify genuine opportunities for the client's product solutions. You will schedule product demonstrations with the Business Development Success Manager, follow up with both inbound and outbound leads to keep momentum in the pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs throughout. Tracking prospect interactions and outcomes and meeting or exceeding established KPI goals will define your day-to-day performance in this role.

The ideal candidate is a confident, clear communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects in the wellness industry. You are organised, reliable, and able to manage your own schedule and activity levels independently in a remote environment. Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar outbound role is expected, and familiarity with the wellness, yoga, or fitness industry will be considered a strong advantage. CRM proficiency and disciplined record keeping are essential.
