Web Expertise: Experience with websites and Internet banking platforms.

App Management: Familiarity with app submissions and certificate renewal processes.

Technical Layers: Knowledge of Web layer and App layers.

Change Management: Understanding of the IT change management process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Application Support: Provide comprehensive support for applications, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of issues.

Technical Assistance: Offer expertise in the Kony mobile platform, assisting with development and support tasks.

Database Management: Manage and troubleshoot SQL and Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues on IIS, ensuring seamless website and application operations.

Web and Internet Banking Platforms: Support and maintain websites and Internet banking platforms, ensuring user accessibility and security.

App Management: Handle app submissions and certificate renewals, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.

Technical Layers: Manage and support both Web and App layers, ensuring their seamless integration and performance.

Change Management: Implement and manage IT change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
