Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced AML Analyst to join a leading UAE bank's compliance team. The role involves conducting thorough AML investigations and maintaining comprehensive documentation of findings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed AML investigations and risk assessments

Review and analyze suspicious transactions

Prepare comprehensive investigation reports

Generate and maintain MIS reports

Perform data analysis and validation

Ensure compliance with AML regulations and bank policies

Collaborate with internal departments on compliance matters

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of UAE experience in AML/Compliance

Strong background in banking compliance

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)

Experience in data cleaning and preprocessing

Excellent report writing abilities

Strong analytical and investigation skills

Technical Skills:

AML investigation tools

MS Excel (Advanced level)

Data analysis

Report writing

MIS reporting

Transaction monitoring systems

Requirements:

Must be currently on a sponsored UAE visa

UAE banking sector experience

Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations

Compensation:

Salary: Up to AED 10,000 (based on experience)

As per UAE labor law benefits
