Job Overview: Trueway Career Link is seeking a dynamic and results-driven AMC Sales Engineer to join our client’s team in Dubai. The successful candidate will focus on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems, as well as fit-out projects. This role demands both technical knowledge and strong sales expertise to generate revenue and build client trust.

Key Sales Responsibilities: The Sales Engineer will actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying leads, engaging with prospects, and securing contracts for AMC and fit-out projects. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed sales targets while providing tailored solutions to clients in line with safety codes and regulations.

Client Relationship Management: A core part of this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with Real Estate companies, FM firms, property developers, MEP contractors, and main contractors. By understanding client requirements and delivering timely proposals, you will help establish long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Market Intelligence & Compliance: Staying updated on market trends, tenders, and project leads is essential. The Sales Engineer must also ensure that all proposed solutions comply with NFPA, Defense Standards, and Civil Defense regulations. Demonstrating knowledge of UAE Life Safety Codes will enhance credibility with clients and authorities.

Technical & Operational Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and client requirements. By collaborating with project engineers, design teams, and site supervisors, you will ensure seamless execution of AMC and fit-out projects, providing end-to-end client satisfaction.

Performance & Growth: Beyond sales targets, the role requires you to maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and provide management with insights on market opportunities. Your contribution will play a direct role in the company’s expansion in the fire safety and fit-out sector.
