Job Description:

Oversee all front office operations during the night shift.

Fluent in Arabic language for effective communication with Arabic-speaking guests.

Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent.

Previous hotel experience in a similar supervisory role.

Must be available within the UAE.

2) Guest Service Agent (Russian or Arabic Speaking)

Job Description:

Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

Provide information about hotel facilities and services.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Fluent in Russian or Arabic language to assist guests effectively.

Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in guest service or hospitality.

Must be available within the UAE.

3) Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities.

Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Train and motivate housekeeping team members.

Inspect rooms to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.

Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping supervision.

Must be available within the UAE.

4) Housekeeping Attendants 

Job Description:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

Replace linens and amenities as needed.

Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role.

Must be available within the UAE.

5) Housekeeping Attendants 

Job Description:

Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms and public areas.

Ensure all assigned areas are clean and tidy.

Replace amenities and linens as required.

Follow safety and cleanliness protocols.

Requirements:

Relevant degree/diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role.
