Job Description

VIP Guest Handling – The Airport VIP Service Executive will be responsible for delivering premium, personalized assistance to VIP guests throughout their airport journey. This includes welcoming guests, guiding them through airport formalities, and ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury service.

Airport Service Coordination – The role involves coordinating with airport authorities, security teams, and internal operations staff to ensure smooth service flow. The executive will proactively manage schedules, service arrangements, and guest movements to minimize delays and enhance overall efficiency.

Customer Service Excellence – Providing exceptional customer service is central to this role, requiring strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The executive will anticipate guest needs, respond professionally to requests, and handle concerns with discretion while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.

Hospitality and Brand Representation – The Airport VIP Service Executive will act as a brand ambassador for Rider Arabia by consistently demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and service excellence. Maintaining a polished appearance and delivering a welcoming hospitality experience is essential in all guest interactions.

Operational Support and Compliance – This position requires supporting airport operations by adhering to aviation protocols, safety guidelines, and service procedures. The executive will ensure all services are delivered in compliance with airport regulations while maintaining confidentiality and service integrity.

Communication and Team Collaboration – Effective communication with team members, supervisors, and airport partners is vital to ensure coordinated service delivery. The executive will work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment, contributing to team efficiency and continuous service improvement.
