We're seeking an Applied AI Technical Project Manager to lead AI initiatives with prior hands-on experience as a developer in the AI space who can go deep when needed. AI Initiative Leadership

Lead AI initiatives by scoping, planning, prioritizing, and delivering AI solutions that integrate into internal and external products and workflows. Your leadership drives the successful implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies across the organization.

Team Coordination and Direction

Direct teams by coordinating engineers, designers, data specialists, and business owners to execute AI projects effectively. Your ability to align diverse technical and creative talent ensures cohesive project execution and high-quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Alignment

Align stakeholders across technical and business functions by communicating clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, managing expectations, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring all parties are synchronized around AI project goals and timelines.

Risk and Resource Management

Manage risks, timelines, and budgets by identifying potential obstacles, developing mitigation strategies, allocating resources efficiently, tracking project progress, and ensuring delivery stays on schedule and within budget constraints.

Roadmap and KPI Ownership

Own the roadmap and KPIs for AI features across on-prem and cloud environments by defining strategic priorities, establishing success metrics, tracking performance indicators, and making data-driven decisions that guide AI product development.

Technical Deep-Dives

Leverage your prior hands-on experience as a developer in the AI space to go deep when needed, understand technical challenges, evaluate architectural decisions, review code quality, and provide informed technical guidance to development teams.

Quality Assurance and Delivery

Ensure high-quality delivery by establishing quality standards, conducting reviews, implementing testing protocols, validating AI model performance, and confirming that solutions meet technical requirements and business objectives.
