Talent International is looking for an energetic, dedicated, and committed Agency Sourcing Specialist to join its well-established team and contribute to one of Australia's leading recruitment agencies. This is a high-activity, relationship-driven role perfect for ambitious go-getters with or without prior recruitment experience, or anyone with a genuine passion for sales, the confidence to pick up the phone, and the drive to build connections in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

In this role, you will partner with Account Managers to source, screen, and interview the best candidates for a wide variety of job vacancies across ICT, Corporate Services, and Defence. You will drive high-volume outbound calling activity of approximately 50 to 80 calls per day, attract and qualify candidates using Bullhorn, LinkedIn, SEEK, and other social media platforms, and advertise job opportunities across relevant channels. You will screen candidates by phone and Zoom and conduct face-to-face interviews where appropriate, perform in-depth reference checks, arrange police and DCSI screening checks, and validate candidates' working rights for Australia. You will liaise with candidates and clients throughout the placement process and provide critical support to a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who loves talking to people and is great on the phone. You bring very good time management skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, a curious mindset, outstanding customer service skills, and exceptional organisational ability. Exposure to any of the following fields is advantageous: IT, Defence, Sales, Finance, HR, or Marketing. You are motivated, driven, resilient, and a super team player who loves to collaborate and celebrate the success of those around you. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.

Salary:
AUD 55,000 to 85,000 per annum
