Role Overview – Career Hunters is hiring an AfterSales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait. This position is ideal for experienced aftersales leaders with strong customer service expertise, operations management capabilities, and the ability to oversee service operations, manage service teams, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure profitable aftersales operations within automotive, electronics, or related retail and service industries.
AfterSales Operations Management – You will manage aftersales operations by overseeing service centers, workshops, parts departments, and customer service functions, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining service quality standards, optimizing workflows, managing daily operations, and driving operational excellence across all aftersales touchpoints.
Team Leadership and Management – You will lead and manage aftersales teams including service advisors, technicians, parts specialists, warranty coordinators, and administrative staff, setting performance expectations, providing coaching and mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, resolving conflicts, and building high-performing teams committed to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Customer Service and Satisfaction – You will drive customer service excellence by establishing service standards, implementing customer-centric processes, handling escalated customer complaints, resolving service issues, monitoring customer satisfaction scores (CSI), conducting customer feedback analysis, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business.
Service Revenue and Profitability Management – You will manage service revenue and profitability by setting service targets, monitoring service sales, analyzing profitability per service job, optimizing pricing strategies, managing labor rates and parts margins, controlling costs, maximizing workshop efficiency, and ensuring aftersales operations meet financial objectives.
Workshop and Service Center Operations – You will oversee workshop and service center operations by managing service capacity, optimizing technician productivity, ensuring workshop efficiency, maintaining equipment and tools, implementing 5S standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining professional, organized service facilities.
Parts and Inventory Management – You will manage parts operations and inventory by overseeing parts department operations, monitoring parts inventory levels, optimizing stock management, coordinating parts ordering and procurement, managing slow-moving and obsolete inventory, ensuring parts availability, and maintaining optimal inventory turnover.
Warranty Administration and Claims Management – You will manage warranty administration by overseeing warranty claims processing, ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty policies, managing warranty documentation, coordinating warranty approvals, processing warranty reimbursements, tracking warranty costs, and ensuring accurate, timely warranty administration.
Service Quality and Technical Standards – You will ensure service quality and technical standards by implementing quality control procedures, conducting service inspections, ensuring technical work meets manufacturer standards, managing technician certifications and training, maintaining service protocols, and ensuring consistent, high-quality repair and maintenance work.
