Position Overview

Responsible for the precise laying up of composite materials in the manufacturing of aerospace components, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hand lay-up of composite materials according to engineering specifications

Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Apply composite materials including prepreg, adhesive films, and core materials

Maintain clean room protocols and proper material handling procedures

Monitor and control environmental conditions during lay-up processes

Document work completed and maintain quality records

Inspect materials for defects and report any discrepancies

Required Qualifications

Technical diploma or relevant certification in composite manufacturing

2+ years experience in composite lay-up, preferably in aerospace

Knowledge of composite materials and processing techniques

Understanding of clean room procedures

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Requirements

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Ability to work in shifts if required

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

Good command of English language

UAE residence preferred
