Role Overview – HCL Technologies Limited is hiring experienced AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms) professionals for multiple senior-level roles including Architect, Lead, and Senior Consultant positions. These fully remote opportunities are ideal for Adobe Experience Manager Forms specialists with deep expertise in Adaptive Forms, OSGi workflows, LiveCycle modules, and digital transformation projects. HCLTech is seeking professionals who can deliver impactful AEM Forms solutions for enterprise clients across exciting and complex digital initiatives.

Frontend-Focused Adaptive Forms Development – You will develop and customize Adaptive Forms with a strong focus on frontend implementation by creating responsive, accessible, and visually polished form interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.

Adaptive Forms and Fragments – You will build Adaptive Forms and reusable Fragments by implementing client-side validation, dynamic form behaviors, conditional logic, and user-friendly interactions that enhance the overall form completion experience.

OSGi Workflows and Component Development – You will contribute to AEM Forms OSGi workflows and develop custom OSGi Components by supporting form submission handling, workflow orchestration, and integration with backend services.

LiveCycle and Document Services – You will work with Adobe LiveCycle modules and AEM Forms Document Services to support document generation, digital signatures, and secure form processing workflows.

XDP Development – You will develop XDPs for complex forms and support integration with AEM Forms rendering engines.

Web Services Integration – You will integrate AEM Forms with SOAP/REST web services by consuming APIs, handling authentication, and ensuring seamless data exchange between forms and backend systems.

Frontend Technologies and UX – You will leverage frontend technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX to implement responsive layouts, enhance form interactivity, and deliver best-in-class user experiences.
