Role Overview – HCL Technologies Limited is hiring experienced AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms) professionals for multiple senior-level roles including Architect, Lead, and Senior Consultant positions. These fully remote opportunities are ideal for Adobe Experience Manager Forms specialists with deep expertise in Adaptive Forms, OSGi workflows, LiveCycle modules, and digital transformation projects. HCLTech is seeking professionals who can deliver impactful AEM Forms solutions for enterprise clients across exciting and complex digital initiatives.

Backend-Focused Adaptive Forms Development – You will develop and configure Adaptive Forms with a strong focus on backend integration by implementing server-side logic, OSGi workflows, data processing, and integration with enterprise systems and databases.

Adaptive Forms and Fragments – You will build Adaptive Forms and reusable Fragments by implementing backend validation, data binding, pre-fill services, and submission handlers that ensure robust and reliable form processing.

OSGi Workflows and Services – You will develop AEM Forms OSGi workflows and custom OSGi Services/Components by automating business processes, orchestrating multi-step workflows, and integrating with backend systems for data processing and storage.

LiveCycle Modules and Document Services – You will implement Adobe LiveCycle modules including Process Management, Rights Management, Document Security, and Digital Signatures, as well as AEM Forms Document Services, to support secure document generation and workflow automation.

XDP Development and Legacy Migration – You will develop XDPs for complex forms and support migration of legacy XDP-based forms to modern AEM Adaptive Forms architectures.

Web Services and API Development – You will develop and integrate SOAP/REST web services by building custom APIs, managing authentication, and ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between AEM Forms and external systems.

RDBMS Integration and Data Management – You will design and implement integrations with RDBMS systems by developing data models, optimizing queries, and ensuring secure storage and retrieval of form submission data.

Frontend Technologies Awareness – You will have working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX to collaborate effectively with frontend developers and understand end-to-end form behavior.

Agile Development and Collaboration – You will work in an Agile development environment by participating in sprint planning, collaborating with frontend developers and business analysts, and delivering backend solutions that support overall project goals.
