Job Description

Role Overview – TRSS is seeking a dedicated People Administrator to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for HR professionals who can manage people operations, employee administration, HR documentation, and support the overall employee lifecycle within a growing organization.

HR Administration and Operations – You will manage daily HR administration including employee onboarding, personnel records maintenance, HR documentation processing, leave and attendance management, employee database updates, and ensuring accurate and organized HR operations that support efficient people management across the organization.

Employee Records Management – You will maintain comprehensive employee records, update personnel files, manage employment contracts and documentation, ensure data accuracy in HR systems, organize employee information systematically, maintain confidentiality of sensitive data, and ensure compliance with documentation standards and record-keeping requirements.

Onboarding and Offboarding – You will coordinate employee onboarding processes including new hire documentation, orientation scheduling, system access setup, and welcome coordination. You will also manage offboarding procedures including exit documentation, clearance processes, final settlements, and ensuring smooth employee transitions.

Leave and Attendance Administration – You will manage leave applications, track employee attendance, process time-off requests, maintain attendance records, prepare attendance reports, coordinate with payroll for attendance-related inputs, and ensure accurate tracking of employee working hours and leave balances.

HR Documentation and Compliance – You will prepare HR documents including employment letters, certificates, memos, and announcements. You will ensure HR documentation complies with UAE labor law, company policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining proper documentation for audit and legal purposes.

Employee Communication Support – You will support internal HR communications, distribute HR announcements, respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, coordinate HR-related information flow, and serve as a point of contact for employees on administrative matters.

Payroll and Benefits Coordination – You will coordinate with payroll providers, prepare payroll inputs including new joiners, resignations, salary changes, and attendance data. You will assist with benefits administration, process employee benefit enrollments, and support smooth payroll and benefits operations.

HR Systems Management – You will maintain HR information systems, update employee data, generate HR reports, track HR metrics, ensure data integrity, utilize HR software effectively, and support management with accurate HR analytics and reporting.

Recruitment Support – You will assist with recruitment administration including job posting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, documentation of hiring processes, reference checks coordination, and maintaining applicant tracking records that support effective talent acquisition.

Requirements – Proven experience in HR administration or people operations roles. Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and UAE labor law. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, professional communication abilities, and proficiency with HR systems and MS Office are essential. Abu Dhabi location required.
