Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our facility management operations through efficient administrative functions and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage general office administration and maintain filing systems

Handle correspondence and communicate with clients, vendors, and team members

Process and maintain documentation related to facility management operations

Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars

Prepare and distribute various reports and presentations

Support the facilities management team with administrative tasks

Maintain office supplies inventory and process purchase orders

Assist in document control and quality management systems

Handle data entry and database management

Support in coordinating facility management activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience in facilities management industry is preferred
