Job Description

Job Overview: Al Safadi is looking for a motivated and presentable Administrative Receptionist to join our Dubai office. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to start their journey in corporate administration and front desk management.

Front Desk Management: You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and maintaining a professional reception area. A warm personality combined with a professional demeanor will help you excel in this client-facing role.

Administrative Support: The role involves providing clerical support such as drafting correspondence, managing appointments, and handling office supplies inventory. You will also support the management team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

Technology & MS Office: Candidates must be comfortable using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Your ability to manage schedules, draft documents, and maintain records digitally will be essential.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is critical, as you will regularly interact with clients, visitors, and internal departments. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic will be considered an added advantage.

Team Collaboration: This position requires close collaboration with HR, administration, and management teams. You will assist in coordinating meetings, organizing office events, and supporting team activities to ensure effective workflow.
