A leading British Mortgage Consultancy in Dubai is expanding and seeking experienced Administrative Professionals to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in real estate or executive office support to provide comprehensive administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities:
As the Administrative Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your primary duties will include managing schedules, handling financial administration, coordinating meetings, and managing calls. You will also prepare reports, maintain records, and provide support to senior executives. Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in a Real Estate PA or executive office support role. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and financial administration tools is required. South African or British nationals are preferred due to stakeholder communication requirements.
