First Option Auto Spare Parts Trading is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Officer to join their team in the UAE. This is a great opportunity for a UAE National professional with a solid background in office administration, HR support, and public relations who is ready to take on a diverse and impactful role within a dynamic and growing organization.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing day to day office operations, coordinating with UAE government offices, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and providing comprehensive administrative support across the business. You will also support HR functions, manage public relations activities, and assist with safety and security operations. Ensuring smooth communication and timely follow up with all departments will be a key part of your daily responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office management role. Strong organizational and communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office are essential requirements for this position. A UAE driving license is preferred and will be considered an advantage in carrying out the duties of this role effectively.

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail oriented professional who takes pride in keeping operations organized and running smoothly and is committed to delivering high quality administrative support in a professional and fast paced environment.

Working Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 4 days a week
