Job Description

Office Administration: The Administrative Officer will oversee daily office operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and supporting general administrative duties in a real estate setting.

Document Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, drafting formal letters, reports, and meeting minutes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for managing spreadsheets, formatting documents, and organizing digital files with precision and attention to detail.

Communication Management: Acting as the point of contact between executives, employees, and clients, you must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clear and professional communication is crucial, both internally and externally, to reflect the brand’s high standards.

Coordination & Scheduling: The role involves scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events. You will manage calendars, coordinate logistics for internal and client meetings, and ensure that team members are adequately informed and prepared for their commitments.

Support for Departments: You will offer administrative support to multiple departments including marketing, sales, and property management. The ability to multitask and adapt to varying team needs is important for effective cross-functional collaboration.

Operational Efficiency: As an Administrative Officer, your focus should be on optimizing operational workflows. You will help develop and implement office procedures that enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks, contributing directly to overall productivity.
